Q1 Do you own and operate on site dry cleaning factory?
Yes, we own and operate three on site factories, and plan to expand more to price competitiveness for our customers.
Q2 Do you have minimum order?
No for the dry cleaning service, but yes for the wash and fold service. For the wash and fold service, minimum order must be at least 10 lbs.
Q3 Do you use eco friendly machines?
Yes we do. We use Hydrocarbon dry cleaning machine to achieve high standard of eco friendliness.
Q4 How can I make sure whether the products are delivered or not?
We will take a photo of delivered products, and send you via text message to you.
Q5 Same day service available?
It is not available at this moment. Dry cleaning service takes usually about 2-3 business day, and might take longer for alteration and repair service.
Q6 How do you handle if the clothes has been damaged?
Please give us a call, we will take care of it right away. (Please give us telephone number and email address for prompt service)
Q7 Extra cost (Upcharge) added for special treatments?
Yes, for the silk products and clothes with extremely harsh conditions, we will have to change extra cost to handle these items.
